PRE-ORDERS
Our pre-order process is just as easy as every order as it allows you to order through our website with no extra costs! We know how special your jewellery is to you, which is why we work on a made to order basis, where your jewellery is exclusively crafted just for you!
HOW TO PRE-ORDER:
- Simply select the desirable piece you would like to pre-order and add to your cart as if you were placing a normal order. The button ‘Add to bag’ should alternatively read ‘Pre-order’.
- Follow the checkout process as normal and pay for the items in your cart.
- You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
- You will then receive a pre-order email with all the details including how long your pre-order will take to arrive.
- Once your pre-order item is ready we will dispatch your full order and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains a mix of pre-order and in stock items, we will despatch the whole order when the pre-ordered items become available. Please make two separate orders if you do not want to wait for all your items to be dispatched together.
HOW LONG WILL I NEED TO WAIT?
The delivery depends on the item you have pre-ordered. Please refer to the time stated on each product page or contact customer services on customercare@ruifier.com. After placing your order, you will also receive a pre-order email with all the details including how long your pre-order will take to arrive.
CAN I CANCEL A PRE-ORDER?
If you would like to cancel a pre-order item, we would require written confirmation within 48 hours of purchase. Cancelling pre-order items after this period would mean a 50% deposit is held. Please note that once a pre-order item is sold, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
