To help you craft the perfect proposal that is personal and authentic, RUIFIER offers bespoke pre-order services for each of the Chroma collection engagement rings, allowing you to customise each aspect of the design to suit your style.  

WHAT CAN I CUSTOMISE?
Main Gemstone: The main stone on each ring is available in every month’s birthstone and you can choose from up to 4 different cuts; emerald, round, pear or cabochon. (see table below)

Small Gemstone: The smaller stone is available in 6 different gemstones in a round cut. (see table below) 

Gold: Every ring can be crafted in 18ct Yellow Gold, 18ct Rose Gold or 18ct White Gold.  

Engraving: Customised rings can enjoy a complimentary engraving service to create your personalised ring. Please contact us at info@ruifier.com for all engraving requests.   

HOW LONG IS THE WAIT TIME?
The normal lead time for a custom ring is 4-5 weeks or 6-7 weeks if the cut and size of the stone needs to be changed.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
Every pre-order will receive complimentary gift wrapping which includes our signature RUIFIER bow and grey boxes. 

Please note: Gemstones used may not be exact replicates of the images shown on our website. Every stone used is natural and unique, therefore the colour will vary from stone to stone. Please let us know if you have any special requests pertaining to the colour of the stones.
