RUIFIER is proud to announce our collaboration with Smart Works who announced HRH The Duchess of Sussex as their Royal Patron in January of this year. Her decision to support the charity came from her passion in helping and supporting women in need. As a global campaigner The Duchess will help to shine light on Smart Works and enable more women to begin a new journey and transform their lives. 

This year we wanted to give back and celebrate women to coincide with our 5 year anniversary. Inspired by the journey of our Creative Director Rachel Shaw, we launched LIMITED-EDITION GIFT BOXES in collaboration with Smart Works, a charity that provides high quality interview clothes, styling advice and interview training to women in need. Working to build confidence and self-belief they provide the practical tools that women require in order to succeed.

Smart Work’s highly successful two-hour core dressing and interview preparation service is at the heart of everything they do. Working with volunteer stylists, every client is offered an excellent selection of high quality clothing for their interview in order to ensure every woman feels confident and comfortable. Following this, highly skilled volunteer interview coaches work one-on-one with each client supporting them in every way. Interview volunteers are all senior managers, HR professionals or executive coaches who focus on increasing each women’s awareness of her own strengths.

Clothes donated from other working women or from retailers is one of the reasons their service is so successful. High quality clothing and key interview skills allow each woman to leave with the confidence to succeed.
